the room was clean, and all the necessary amenities were available. i found the location quiet despite its central placement, a significant plus for a light sleeper. the bed provided excellent comfort, contributing to restful nights . i intend to return.
i noticed the blinds could be improved to better block out light from the street.

The location shined. I walked a bit from king's cross, near the tube station. a nice cafe was nearby so i could have a quick breakfast before the day. i felt secure there with my kids as it was like a safe area.
the bathroom was a shared one and there was someone sick in it. it was obviously out of the owner's control, of course. it was super clean when we got there, but it did happen.

the facilities included shared bathrooms that serve several rooms and a ground floor toilet near the rooms. there is also the availability of leaving your luggage after checkout, a bonus when traveling, which i found helpful.

the location was pretty good, close to transport links.
The bathroom setup was ridiculous, there was just one bathroom for so many rooms. this made it very busy and not cleaned regularly enough. It was often wet and messy. i also found the lack of flexibility around checkout frustrating. My request for a slight extension was denied, causing a real inconvenience.
